    Restaurant Manager Bowral

    You Have:

    • Minimum 1 years in a similar leadership role, a drive to grow professionally
    Strong presence, leading from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiences
    Strong beverage knowledge, a career history in beverages would be beneficial
    • Financial acumen – understanding of P&L, budgets, GP, wages, rosters & forecasting
    • Experience in setting staff and company KPIs, goals & targets, increasing sales
    Able to control front and back of house staff procedures, food compliance, licensing
    • Impeccable communication skills
    • Solutions-focused mindset, proven to be able to work autonomously
    • Skills in recruiting, training, and developing new team members
    • Experience developing managers and managing poor performance
    • Self-motivation and exceptional organisational skills
    • Approved Manager and First Aid certification would be preferred
    • You must have the legal right to work in Australia and hold a NSW RSA.

    You Have:

    • Excellent cocktail & coffee experience
    • Previous experience within a fast paced, professional hospitality environment
    • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
    • Proven experience working & leading within a successful team environment
    • Experience with stock take, ordering and strict stock control
    • Valid RSA competency card
    • Capacity to think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement
    • Ability to lead by example, be hands on and can instil a sense of fun in the workplace, no egos
    • Above all, someone who is motivated to take full ownership of the role and progress with the company
