Hosted by Xige Estate’s Global Brand Ambassador, Christelle Chene, the lunch will feature a guided tasting alongside a thoughtfully curated menu, culminating in the official Australian debut of the Xige Jade Dove Single Vineyard Cabernet Gernischt 2021.
