Lotus The Galeries invites you to indulge on our unique Peking Duck experience. Lotus’s very own Duck Master, Chef Lin and his team will join you table side, showcasing this truly unique experience.

This sensory journey starts with thinly sliced duck skin from the breast served with white sugar. Followed by duck pancakes prepared by our duck chefs and served table-side with 3 special sauces, thinly sliced red onion, cucumber, and leek.
